Running with the Wolves was released through the label Decca Records in May 2015 receiving great approval from bloggers as well as the media. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are just two of her most well-known recordings. Katy Perry, who endorsed the song Runaway from her side, has given it some more recognition. Enjoy the celebration of this special event. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was finding a keyboard in her loft and being fascinated by its music. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes encouraged her to make music as a means of development of her own, not to earn a living or an interest. They encouraged her to compose. Her inspirations include famous authors Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her love of Bjork's style. She began performing her songs publicly when her mom suggested they might help others not gain acclaim for her work, but instead help people see around them realize their importance and the ways they impact the world. The mother of her child suggested that she be able to perform her music publicly in order so that people can see their importance and the ways they can affect the world. It was unknown by her family until she was fourteen. Aurora was not a dream of her childhood. She claims that she enjoys writing music. For her, the music she writes is her way of feeling everything.
